Our story

About Us

Nicoxit is a 7-day course that dissolves the desire to smoke instead of asking you to fight it. No patches, no counting days, no shame when it wobbles — just a different way of seeing cigarettes, until they lose their pull entirely.

The problem we saw

Everything about quitting is built on willpower — and willpower loses.

Patches, gum, apps with streak counters — they all share one assumption: you'll always want to smoke, so your job is to resist. Day after day, craving after craving, forever. It's exhausting, and it's why most quit attempts end within a week.

Worse, the shame machinery around relapse turns a single cigarette into proof that you've failed — so people stop trying altogether. We built Nicoxit because the fight itself is the problem. Remove the desire, and there's no fight left to lose.

Our approach

Four ideas the whole course rests on

Dissolve the desire

Most methods teach you to resist cigarettes while still wanting them. We work on the wanting itself — when the desire goes, there's nothing left to resist.

No willpower required

Willpower is a battery that runs out. The course never asks you to white-knuckle a craving — it changes what the craving means until it stops arriving.

Identity, not abstinence

You don't become an ex-smoker fighting urges. You become a non-smoker — someone cigarettes simply aren't for. That shift is what makes it stick.

No shame, no streaks

Streak counters turn one slip into a reason to give up. We don't count days you've survived — we change how you see smoking, so there's nothing to survive.

The method

A few short modules a day, for seven days.

Thirty-one short video modules — about fifteen minutes a day — move you one shift at a time: noticing the habit, seeing the trap, naming the beliefs that keep the desire alive, and testing each one against your own experience until it falls apart. You keep smoking until the course tells you otherwise. By day seven, most people find there's nothing left they're giving up.

Who's behind this

Where Nicoxit comes from.

Nicoxit was built by a small team of behavioural-science nerds and product people who went deep on why quitting usually fails — and what actually works. It's the course we wished existed: grounded in the psychology of desire, and designed to be calm, honest, and free of shame.
